Our syllabus draws on the same ideas used in an airline’s own advanced training programs — Threat and Error Management and Crew Resource Management, taught from day one, not introduced later.
Our CFIs go through real onboarding with our training team, so every student gets a consistent, high standard of instruction, not whatever a given instructor happened to pick up on their own.
