The rules that govern your use of this website and the application process.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the VNAV Flight Labs website located at vnavflightlabs.aero (the "Site"), including submitting an inquiry or application through it. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
These Terms cover the Site and the application process only. They are separate from, and do not replace, the enrollment agreement, Student Schedule & Expectations Agreement, and any other documents you sign if and when you formally enroll in our flight training program. Those documents govern the training relationship itself.
The Site is intended for individuals researching or applying to our professional pilot training program. You must be 18 or older to apply.
When you submit an inquiry, application, or message through the Site, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you will update us if it changes. Submitting an application does not guarantee admission to the program; all applicants are evaluated against our published and internal admissions criteria, including FAA medical certificate eligibility, background requirements, and available seats in a given cohort.
Your use of your personal information is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Program descriptions, curriculum timelines, tuition figures, aircraft specifications, and outcome statistics on the Site are provided for general informational purposes and are current as of the date published. Flight training timelines and costs can be affected by factors outside our control, including weather, aircraft availability, maintenance, and individual student progress; figures on the Site are estimates, not guarantees.
We may update, correct, or remove content on the Site at any time without notice.
The Site, including its text, graphics, logos, curriculum descriptions, and design, is owned by or licensed to VNAV Flight Labs and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and download material from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use in evaluating our program. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Site content for any other purpose without our prior written permission.
When using the Site, you agree not to:
The Site may link to third-party websites, such as aviation industry resources, partner organizations, or job boards. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of those third-party sites. Visiting a linked site is at your own risk and subject to that site's own terms.
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Nothing on the Site constitutes a guarantee of airline employment, career outcomes, or a specific timeline to any FAA certificate or rating. Flight training outcomes depend on individual aptitude, effort, weather, aircraft and instructor availability, and FAA testing standards, among other factors outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VNAV Flight Labs and its officers, instructors, and staff will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability arising from flight training operations, which is instead addressed in your separate enrollment and training agreements.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Connecticut.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after a revision takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to info@vnavflightlabs.aero, or by mail to VNAV Flight Labs, Windham Airport (KIJD), Connecticut.
